We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to help.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, in accordance with applicable Consumer Rights Regulations.

Prefer something else? You’re welcome to exchange your item, with any price difference payable where applicable.

All returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, free from noticeable scents or odours, and with all original tags attached.

Orders that qualified for free local delivery: If your original order qualified for free local delivery because its value was €60.00 or more, and you subsequently return one or more items so that the value of the items you keep falls below €60.00, the standard €3.95 local delivery charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
