Shipping Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026. At Chère, we offer convenient delivery options both locally and internationally. Orders within Malta are delivered by local courier, while international orders are shipped via Malta Post.
Order Processing
Payment is taken securely at checkout by card via Stripe.
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will prepare your order for collection or dispatch it for delivery, depending on the option you selected at checkout.
In the rare event that an item is found to be unavailable after payment has been made, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative or issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Free Local Delivery on Orders of €60.00 or More
We offer free local delivery within Malta when your order value is €60.00 or more.
Please note that if you subsequently return part of your order and the value of the items you keep falls below €60.00, the order will no longer qualify for free delivery. In this case, the standard €3.95 local delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Times
Local deliveries within Malta are normally completed within 1–3 days.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and may also be affected by postal services, customs procedures, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
If you would like an estimated delivery time for your destination, or if you believe your order is significantly overdue, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges when they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are determined and collected by the relevant authorities in the destination country and are not included in Chère's shipping charges.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship worldwide.
Customers in Malta may choose between:
- Free in-store pickup
- Local delivery for €3.95
- Free local delivery on orders of €60.00 or more
For destinations outside Malta, we offer international shipping at the applicable flat rate shown above and at checkout.
In-Store Collection
If you would prefer to collect your order from Chère rather than have it delivered, simply select Pickup in Store at checkout.
There is no charge for in-store collection.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will let you know.
