Chère trades in Malta as a VAT-registered sole trader, VAT number MT18080822.

How ordering works

Payment is taken at checkout, in full, before your order is confirmed. We use Stripe to process your payment securely — see "Payment" below. If, after payment, an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you directly to arrange a substitute or a full refund.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order and issue a refund — for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing & product information

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations are normal for handmade or naturally-dyed items.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout by card, processed securely by Stripe, a regulated payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details on this website at any point — they're entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and the Chère name and logo — belongs to Chère unless otherwise stated, and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Maltese or EU consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
